The movie Kavalan is the remake of the hit malayalam movie Bodyguard.She earlier featured in the Bollywood movies Ghajini and London Dreams.

Ghajini is one of the biggest hit of Bollywood.But later she has not found any success.

Asin got a grand welcome in Bollywood with Ghajini.

Now it looks like the ad world too is following the suit. After having successfully lent her name to many a FMCG brands like Sure, Fanta and likes, Asin is now all set to be the brand ambassador for the healthcare major, Amrutanjan

Recently, there was a report that Asin has said no to a film offered by producer Boney Kapoor, who is also the husband of the veteran star Sridevi. Reacting on this, the Ghajini girl said that she was never offered any such film by Sridevi or her husband and she can never thought of saying to a senior star like Sridevi and her hubby Boney Kapoor.

Asin was quoted stating that she shares a great personal relationship with Boney Kapoor, Sridevi and the whole family. The 24 year old actress said that she came across this report when she was shooting in Chennai.

Echoing the same thing, Boney said that he is working on the scripts of the films like ‘Mr. India 2’ and the sequel of ‘No Entry’, which will be titled ‘Be Positive’. The producer added that he is not a person who will approach the stars with an incomplete script. Boney said that he will complete the script first and then will announce the actors.

There is a report that Sridevi was also surprised to know that news as Asin is her neighbor in Mumbai.

Vijay is playing Asin’s Kavalkaran (Bodyguard) in Siddique directed remake of the Malayalam hit Bodyguard.

The shoot of the film has started from Monday in Kumbakonam.

Once again Vijay has preferred to take an old super hit MGR- Jayalalitha film Kavalkaran (1967), as the title for his new film. After Vettaikkaran Vijay is using an MGR title again, as he believes that it has tremendous recall value among the masses.

However the title is appropriate as Vijay, a happy go lucky youth is appointed by Raj Kiran a local toughie to be his daughter Asin’s bodyguard when she goes to college. The enemies of Raj Kiran want to eliminate his daughter and our hero turns out to be herKavalkaran!

Asin, who is currently filming Vipul Shah’s musical bonanza ’London Dreams’ alongside stars like Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan, admits to finding a few differences between Bollywood and Kollywood. First and foremost, the rising star believes that the South Indian industry displays a remarkable sense of punctuality. Pointing out that film units in the South start early and wrap up on schedule, Asin reveals that it is fashionable to be late to a Bollywood set. The starlet was also introduced to the concept of assistant directors whose main purpose was to monitor her presence on the set.

Though the entire ’Ghajini’ (with Aamir Khan) unit was from the South, ’London Dreams’ has her working with a complete Bollywood unit. The actress reveals that when the cast and crew were shooting in London and Paris, they were given a bound script, shoot schedule, a detailed weather report, location map and reporting time. Also different is Mumbai’s crowd according to the actress. Calling them “cool”, the actress says she’s been enjoying her every moment in Bollywood.

Continues Asin: “On January 21, he voluntarily resigned. All his dues were settled and he left for Chennai. My dad has registered this information of his resignation with the Oshiwara police station and produced the vouchers that all his payments were settled which a regular procedure in Mumbai”. However, a source close to Nallamuthu Kumaraswamy in Tirunelveli states that he had started a business in partnership with a friend that incurred huge losses. And realizing that he could not cough up the money, by working with Asin, he left the job. This is not the first time that top actors are targeted by their staff who wants to grab some media attention by making false allegations.

In the case of Asin, the biggest mistake they did was to take the staff they had in Chennai with them when they shifted to Mumbai. Remember that earlier, a lady from Chennai had made accusations that Asin was forcedly keeping her daughter as domestic help against her will, which was sorted out when the girl herself gave her statement against her mother claiming that she was happy working with Asin.
