Shruthi Haasan is all set to make her debut in Telugu film industry through the film ‘Anaganaga O Dheerudu’. The film is directed by Prakash, son of veteran filmmaker Raghavendra Rao.

This will be the first fantasy adventure of its kind in India as Walt Disney extends its feat with this film.

Earlier we have reported that A.R. Murugadoss’s next project with Suriya and Shruti Haasan, which has been titled Ezhaam Arivu (which means seventh sense), will leave for China in the first week of June for its first shooting schedule. The latest buzz is that the film’s first schedule will begin in Chennai instead of China; the change of plan is due to Suriya’s busy schedule.

Ezhaam Arivu is produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin under his Red Giants Production banner. Ravi K. Chandran handles the camera and Harris Jayaraj will be the music director. Shruti Haasan will reportedly sing all her songs in the film.

Film producer Udhayanidhi Stalin on behalf of Red Giant Movies has announced and expressed to media about his new movie launch.

His upcoming movie will be directed by A.R.Murugadas and starring by Surya and Shuruthi Haasan. The Project will be held on May 15, 2010. Murugadas will direct this movie after the successful Hindi Ghajini and this is going to be second movie with Surya. First movie was super hit Tamil version Ghajini.

This will be Shruthi Haasan’s first Tamil film. She debuted in Bollywood in the movie of Luck, but she debuted as a music director in Tamil, her father’s movie Unnai Pol Oruvan.

Shruti Haasan, the daughter of actor Kamal Haasan who was last seen in the slick flick ‘Luck’ opposite Imran Khan, has shown off her multi-tasking skills time and again.

The girl has been keeping busy with belting out hits for her dad’s film ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’ in Chennai, doing a film in Hyderabad and sifting through scripts in Mumbai! And still looking pretty at the end of the day! Phew! Way to go girl!

Now the actress is adding one more feather to her cap and has proved her linguistic skills after she learnt Telugu in no time. Shruti, who is shooting for National Award winning director Prakash Rao’s Telugu film in Hyderabad opposite Siddharth , picked up the language in within a short period of spending time with the locals.

She can already speak good Tamil, English, Hindi, a little German and now Telugu, making it a total of five languages.

Titled ‘Thalaivan Irukiran’ in Tamil, the Telugu version has been named as ‘Ee Nadu’. The shooting had hit the floors before couple of days in Hyderabad and would be simultaneously filmed in Telugu and Tamil. When fathers are treading elatedly launching their heirs into tinsel town on respective panoramas,Kamal Haasan is introducing his daughter Shruthi Haasan with this magnum opus. Don’t expect the young lass making her onscreen appearance in lead role. Uh-huh! Shruthi who has been churning out many musical albums makes her debut as music director with ‘Thalaivan Irukiran’. Though her part goes inclusive of scoring signature song, she’s involved in deep discussions with her crew in spelling the best. Once Shruthi had represented her dad for collecting Filmfare Awards where she uttered, ‘Hope, One day I would erase my father’s records and bag them on my own records’. Of course, the girl is on for the hotfooted task.
